We gave the kids a new cookbook for Christmas and last night we decided to try a new recipe. We waited for Scott to get home so he could join in to. It was a fun family project even though we didn't sit down to eat until well after seven o'clock. Here are a few images of our creation. Bon appetit!

What a cute dinner! Now tell us what it is... :)
Albacore tuna, cheddar cheese, chopped celery, pickle relish, dijion mustard and mayo. All of that baked in a pie crust shaped fish...yum, yum. Actually, Jack really didn't care for it because of the relish. You could tell he really wanted to love it but just couldn't make himself. It was fun though, they enjoyed creating it. Next time we'll just skip the pickle.
Yum! I want some. Where did you get the pie crust shaped fish?
It was just pie crust dough that we filled and shaped into fish.
